Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, all bookings require a deposit.
Services over £100 we require a £50 deposit
Services under £100 we require a £30 deposit
For new clients, we require a £10 deposit for non colour services
What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
No show – your deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit is non-refundable
If you re-schedule within 48 hours – 10% of your appointment total will be added to your re-booked appointment.
